This is to acknowledge

the US$ 15Million fund through the Reserve Bank of South Africa

application to the Ministry of Finance for the approval
of the Authority to Remit Certificate. As soon as this
application is granted, my department will be conferred
with the powers and laws under the above stated foreign payment
provisions to proceed with the given remittance steps
in order to transfer the fund into the account which you provided,
following the instruction outlined in the approval.
A copy of these certificate will be sent to you,
immediately it is issued.
My office and department will also issue a remittance
guarantee certificate, to cover the transaction and confirm
that proper guideline and due process was followed
in the course of the transfer into your account.
This will verity to the receiving bank authorities that the
remittance is legitimate and conforms to International modalities
The other vital document is the International Clearance Certificate
(ICC) which will show that the US$15Million fund is not for
Money Laundering or any activity that contravenes the laws
and anti-terrorism regulations of the World Bank.
